Orders can only be delivered to the payment card billing address for security purposes.
If only part of your order is available, we will dispatch the items currently in stock and cancel any unavailable items. You will not be charged for items that are not dispatched.
Your order will be shipped in discreet packaging.
Deliveries are made by Royal Mail Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Our next day delivery service is sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24, while our standard delivery service is sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Orders are shipped subject to payment authorisation and stock availability.
All deliveries are made according to the carrier’s standard procedures; therefore, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date or time.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking updates will be provided by e-mail and/or SMS where applicable, allowing you to follow your delivery progress directly with the courier.
Our delivery services are fully tracked via Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Royal Mail Tracked 48.
If a parcel cannot be delivered directly through your letterbox, the courier may leave the package in a designated safe place or provide further delivery instructions and updates via tracking notifications.
Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched where applicable.
Our payment system is securely processed through Shopify Payments, PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna. We never see or store your payment or credit card details at any time. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely to ensure your information remains fully protected.

We make every effort to display product colours and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, actual colours may vary depending on your monitor settings, and we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will accurately reflect the true colour of the product upon delivery.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange, provided the item(s) are returned within 14 days of receipt in a fully re-saleable condition, including original packaging, tags attached, unworn and unwashed.
EACH ORDER INCLUDES A FREE UK RETURN LABEL AND A RETURN FORM INSIDE THE PACKAGE.
Please complete the return form with your order details and include it inside your return parcel before sending your item(s) back to us.
Please ensure the provided return label is securely attached to the outside of the package.
Returns may not be accepted for garments stained with makeup, perfume, deodorant, or any marks or scents that affect the item’s re-saleable condition.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items returned in unsuitable condition.
We recommend obtaining proof of postage when returning items.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
If we have made an error with your order or an item is faulty, we will also refund the delivery charges paid for that item.

If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of receiving your goods. Please include your order number in all correspondence.

Returned goods must be sent back in their original condition within 14 days of cancellation approval.
Refunds will be processed within 3–4 working days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
